Managing Director | P Sulaiman

A civil engineer with 15 years of experience, P Sulaiman started his construction career with a modest office and a few employees. His growth was phenomenal and in a short span with an extraordinary will power and dedication, he became the head of one of the biggest business groups in Kerala with a turnover of more than 150 crore. The credit of commercially introducing Ready Mix Concrete into Kerala market goes to him. The industry has acknowledged his contributions to the real estate sector by awarding him the ‘Young Businessman Award’ instituted by the Junior Chamber International. He is also the recipient of the ‘Prathibha Award’ given by the Malappuram Chamber of Commerce.

Director | Nasheeda U

Nasheeda U, life partner of HiLITE MD P Sulaiman, joined HiLITE family after marriage. Being a civil engineer, she extends her technical expertise to various departments of the company. With a vision to make a difference to the society through quality education, she is managing Ideal Public School, a higher secondary school run by HiLITE Group.

Director | M.A Mehaboob

M.A Mehaboob started his career as a Company Secretary in his proprietary concern, M A Mehaboob & Associates at Calicut. He joined P Sulaiman in 2003 and established HiLITE Builders. By 2008, he ceased practicing and became the Managing Director of Secura Investment Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. He is the president of Calicut chapter of CREDAI and is an executive member of its Kerala chapter. He is also an executive member of Malabar Chamber of Commerce besides being a fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His extensive advisory experience has contributed a lot to the growth and success of the organization.

KP Noushad, started his career as a Company Secretary in Calicut. He joined the management team of HiLITE builders by becoming its Director in 2003. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the vice chairman of its Calicut chapter. His expertise in formulating and reviewing business strategies and tracking performance has helped strengthen the financial profile of the company.
